Notaries from Baltic States meet in Tallinn

Lithuanian delegation consisted of members of the Presidium (Board) of Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries as well as members of eNotaras (eNotary) task force, who participate in the process of creation of electronic notarial system. The President of Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries, Mr. Marius Stračkaitis, has delivered a presentation about legal developments and innovations in notarial area.

In order to familiarize Lithuanian delegation with Estonian eNotary system, a visit to the Estonian Center of Registers and Information Systems was arranged. Later, at notary bureau in Tallinn, Estonian notaries introduced the daily operations with eNotary system to Lithuanian colleagues.

Annual sessions of the Baltic notaries, also known as Baltic Trilateral Council of Notaries, take place in turn each of the Baltic States. Next year this meeting will take place in Latvia.
