Notaries' Court of Honor starts three-year term, elects Chairperson

The Court of Honor conducts hearings into cases of breach of ethics and malfeasances by notaries. 

The Court of Honor consists of five members. Two of them are elected at the Notaries' Assembly, another two appointed by the Minister of Justice, one appointed by the Chairman of Lithuania's Supreme Court.

In 2013, the Court of Honor conducted hearings into four cases.
