Lithuanian notaries re-elect principals for the new term

Marius Stračkaitis, a notary from Klaipėda, pledged he would seek for the implementation of modern technologies to the everyday business of notaries, as well as better standards of customers service.

Both Mr. Stračkaitis and Mrs. Lukaševičiūtė-Binkulienė had won their third consecutive term in office.

After the announcement of the results of the secret vote, Mr. Stračkaitis pledged he would follow the previous his priorities - the creation and implementation of electronic e.Notary system, the improvement of notaries' competence and their service standards, productive and constructive co-operation with the Parliament and Government, as well as active participation in legal science and support to it.

The Assembly also has approved the new Board (Presidium), the Court of Honor and other internal bodies of the Chamber.
