Lithuanian notaries' delegation participate at conference in Poland

The president of Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries Marius Stračkaitis delivered a presentation on the upcoming expected developments of Lithuanian notariate. Other members of delegation introduced Lithuanian notaries' experience in the field of respresentation of children's interests, the marital properties' rights of couples with different citizenships. Polish colleagues presented an overview of bilateral agreement on legal assistance, cross-border notarial services and other issues.
