Lithuanian notaries attend international seminar on succession in Riga, Latvia

Besided Latvian and Lithuanian notaries, Austrian, Estonian and German notaries have also attended the event, as well as the president of the International Union of Notaries Daniel-Sedar Senghor and CNUE bureau director Clarisse Martin.

The participants had delivered presentations on the status of succession and its case practice in the EU member countries.

The European Union Succession Regulation No 650/2012 was adopted in July, 2012 and will come into the power on August 17, 2015.
