Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries introduces new study on civil liability of notaries

New study "Civil Liability of Notaries Public", written by a group of prominent law academicians and practitioners, has been introduced to legal community at Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries in Vilnius, on December 6, 2019.

The study has been initiated and its publication funded by Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries. The team of authors consisted of professor Valentinas Mikelėnas, Dr Lina Mikalonienė, Dr Eglė Zemlytė and Dr Tadas Varapnickas.

"By publishing this book notaries are drawing attention towards them. This is the first diagnostics of civil liability, the study which would be likely followed by other professions", professor Mikelėnas said at the event.

The study was published by Studija "Versus" publishing house.
