Italian Supreme Court judge shows interest in the experience of Lithuanian notaries

Judge of the Italian Supreme Court Stefano Oliva, while visiting Vilnius, met representatives of Lithuanian notariate.

On October 14, 2021 the judge visited the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries and met Dainius Palaima, a notary of Vilnius, as well as the consultants of the Chamber of Notaries. The conversation was dedicated to the topics of notaries' tax obligations, sales transactions, professional ethics of Lithuanian notaries and criminal liability.
