e-Notary system introduced to Ministry of Justice

Currently the trials of the system are taking place in dozens of notarial offices.

The system consists of two parts - the Client Portal and the Notariat's Portal. Upon secure authorization and login clients may access information about notarial offices and transactions, order notarial services, exchange secure correspondence and documents with selected offices, get 24/7 information updates about the status of their notarial services.

The part dedicated for notaries and their employees provides organized workflow, capability to manage clients and their orders, to keep electronic documents, receive necessary documents from state-run and owned registries, provide accountability to Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries and Governmental institutions.
