Chamber of Notaries presents the study on succession law

Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries has presented to public an important study in the field of succession law.

The study was long-awaited by notaries, lawyers, students and people who either study or deal with issues of succession.

The book "Succession Law" was compiled from sections, written by theory and practice professionals in several areas: lawyer dr. Laura Augytė-Kamarauskienė, judge Gražina Davidonienė, notaries Svajonė Šaltauskienė, Marius Stračkaitis, Mindaugas Statkevičius and Vaidota Majūtė, Chamber of Notaries lawyers Sandra Bradaitė, Eglė Čaplinskienė and Justas Čiomanas. Scientific editor of the study - Sandra Ražanaitė.

The study was reviewed by Vilnius University professor dr. Vytautas Nekrošius, the Chairman of Lithuanian Supreme Court professor dr. Rimvydas Norkus and the Chairperson of Civil Division of Lithuanian Court of Appeal dr. Egidija Tamošiūnienė.
