Delegates from International Union of Notaries meet in Argentina, talk about the protection of vulnerable persons

The delegates of International Union of Notaries (UINL) assembled in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in the end of September in order to discuss current affairs and better legal protection of handicapped and vulnerable persons' rights.

International community of notaries seek to increase the co-operation between notaries and organizations, representing vulnerable persons, President of Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries Marius Stračkaitis said. He took part at the UINL General Assembly and other subsequent meetings in Buenos Aires.

Special session dedicated to protection of handicapped and vulnerable persons took place during the assembly. Notaries and representatives from United Nations branches discussed the challenges of legal protection of people with vulnerabilities and exchanged related experience.
