CNUE's Luxembourg-led Administrative Board convenes in Brussels

On 13 February 2025 in Brussels, a meeting of the Administrative Board of the Council of Notaries of the European Union (CNUE) was held, which was attended remotely by the President of the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries, the Honorary President of the CNUE, Marius Stračkaitis.

This is the first meeting of the year-long rotation of leadership of the organisation after Luxembourg took over. The meeting was chaired by the President of the CNUE for the 2025 term, the Luxembourg notary Cosita Delvaux.

The meeting discussed  the European Commission's Action Plan 2025 and initiatives potentially affecting the notarial profession, the progress of the draft regulation on the protection of vulnerable adults, the upcoming CNUE events and training projects, and other issues.
